The discussion will include the following governance practices:  roles, responsibilities, norms, and protocols.  
 
Recommended Motion:

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ENGAGE IN A GOVERNANCE DISCUSSION FACILITATED BY LUAN RIVERA, CALIFORNIA SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION (CSBA).
