Services provided in this contract are in support of the District’s participation in the State School Building Program. This is a facility planning consulting service available to provide overall assistance and guidance to the District in understanding the process and requirements of funding through the State School Building Program. 

SchoolWorks will assist the District in all aspects of obtaining state financing for school facilities.  These include establishing eligibility for funding, preparing funding applications and following the process through to actual approval, receipt and reporting on the projects, as requested by the District.

Approval of Annual Eligibility Services Contract with SchoolWorks.

Annual Base Fee - $3,000; Additional Fees for Forms that may need to be completed will be charged according to the schedule included in the contract (see attachment).

Prices quoted are contingent upon authorization of Schoolworks to complete applications for which the District is eligible per applicable OPSC regulations and policies.
