Director Alper called the Policy Subcommittee Meeting to order at 4pm. Roll Call

Motion to approve agenda:
Leyva-Cutler/Alper and approved without objection. Appoint Chair
Leyva-Cutler moved to appoint Alper as committee chair:
Motion seconded by Alper and passed without objection. Public Comment One comment in support of sweat-free schools One comment proposing policy adoption for middle school athletics Measure H Committee Bylaws
Maintenance Manager Stephen Collins walked the committee through the changes that have been applied to the Measure H Bylaws in consultation with legal counsel. Alper moved to include revised Bylaws on the Jan 24 board meeting agenda as information; Leyva-Cutler seconded motion. Motion passed without objection.
