4.1. Approve recommendation to the Board of Education for a contract with Valley Precision Grading as a general contractor for Berkeley High School Field Turf Replacement Project.
5. Small Contract Items
Rationale:
  1. Approve recommendation to the increase the contract with with Ninyo & Moore to provide hazardous material monitoring for CTE at BHS and BAS by $3,400. The new contract will not exceed $11,900.  To be paid from Measure I. Requested by Lew Jones.
  2. Approve recommendation to the Board of Education a contract with CTS to provide special inspection services for CTE at BHS and BAS.The cost will not exceed $11,165.To be paid from Measure I.Requested by Lew Jones.
  3. Approve recommendation to the Board of Education with Sandis to provide topographical survey for Oxford Elementary School.The cost will not exceed $12,560.To be paid from Measure I.Requested by Lew Jones.
