Rancho El Chorro Outdoor School, PRHS Migrant Education Students grades 3-6. June 18-22, 2018. To provide supplemental science education to migratory children in an outdoor education setting. 17 female and 25 male students. 3 female and 4 male chaperones provided by Mini Migrant Corps. 2 chaperones will ride the bus to and from with the students. Funding source: Title l Migrant Education Summer Program. Total Cost of trip: $17,094, average cost per student: $407 (no student fees required). |

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT and the PASO ROBLES JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT for the purpose of outlining the duties and responsibilities of each party as they relate to providing affiliated educational courses through PASO ROBLES JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AS DUAL ENROLLMENT COURSES. The intent of the Cuesta College Dual Enrollment program is to provide educational enrichment opportunities for a limited number of eligible high school students, rather than to reduce current course requirements of secondary schools, and also to help ensure a smoother transition from high school to college for students by providing them with greater exposure to the collegiate atmosphere (California Education Code 48800). In addition, the courses offered for students who may not already be college bound or who are underrepresented in higher education, with the goal of developing seamless pathways from high school to community college for career education or preparation for transfer, improving high school graduation rates, or helping students achieve college and career readiness. |

1. Weyrick Lumber wishes to donate wood, paint, and fasteners valued at $2,500 in support of backstop repairs at Lions Field.
2. Multiple families at Pat Butler Elementary School wish to donate a total of $536 to Pat Butler's Kindergarten Team in support of transportation and admission to the Avila Aquarium.
3. Kermit King Elementary School wishes to receive $575.10 donation payout via their Box Tops for Education program to go towards the school site's miscellaneous donations account.
4. Paso Robles Lions Club wishes to donate $7,900 in support of Lions Field field and fence work. |

On May 15, 2018, the District sought bids for dairy and juice products. In addition to advertising the bid in the local paper, four potential bidders were notified. On May 29, 2018, the District received one bid for its dairy and juice products Bid #18-19-002. District staff reviewed the submission from Producers Dairy Foods, Inc., and found it to be responsive and responsible. Producers Dairy Foods' pricing bid price sheet is attached for reference. |

A maximum of 3 minutes per speaker may be allowed, and there is a 20-minute maximum limit for public input on any one subject/item. Speakers are requested to state their name and to address comments to the Board of Trustees. Items requiring lengthy discussion may, at the Board’s discretion, be scheduled as a specific agenda item at future meetings.
