Board Meetings

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are normally held at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the District Office, 4200 Ashe Road, on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise posted.  Special meetings are periodically called when necessary at a time which is announced in advance.  All meetings are open to the public.

Board Agenda . . .

During all regular and special meetings, agenda items are considered and acted upon in public meetings. At least 72 hours before each regular meeting and 24 hours before each special meeting, a public agenda is posted at the District Office and at each school site for public information. Full agendas are posted on this website. The agenda provides the specific sequence of the meeting and information considered by the Board, which includes public comment, reports, consent agenda (routine matters that are acted on at one time), and business items.
