Cerina Smit reported on Millennium High School's (MHS) March 20th Fundraiser to help fund Camp Augusta trip. MHS will perform a beautification project. Reminded the community to support the basketball and soccer teams.

| Board Member Smith received a letter from Piedmont Makers regarding the Facilities Master Plan. |

1.Board Member Raushenbush attended the Steering Committee meeting.
2.Board Member Ireland attended the PEF welcome reception for Susan Terrill, school tours at Wildwood, Havens and PMS, Steering Committee meeting and Oakland Promise.
3.Board Member Smith attended the PEF welcome reception for Susan Terrill, Stowe Fundraiser on Bullying, MHS Parent Club meeting, PHS production of Sound of Music, PHS Athletics Hall of Fame and a presentation on Take 10 app.
4. Vice President Pearson attended a mandatory Spring Sports meeting, PHS counseling staff small group meeting for 9th and 10th grade parents, ALPS meeting, PMS Parent Club meeting, City/School Liaison meeting and a the Boy Scout speaker presentation. Reminded community on Education Speaker Series on Raising Resilient Girls.
5. President Swenson attended the City/School Liaison meeting, ALPS meeting, MLK Jr. event in January and had a one-on-one meeting with Susan Terrill of PEF.
