The Santa Cruz County Office of Education has requested clarification regarding the Superintendent’s Employment Agreement. They believe that the basis of calculating the per diem is not clear and have asked for clarification. The District’s Legal Counsel has been working with the County and has drafted an Amendment to the Agreement for purposes of clarity of intent.
