6.1. Study Session - Board Governance Workshop.

Rationale:
The Board of Trustees will discuss Governance Policies, Protocols and Practices, and review the Vision and Mission statements in alignment with the Equity definition adopted by the District.

Recommended Motion:
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ENGAGE IN THE DISCUSSION OF GOVERNANCE POLICIES, PROTOCOLS AND PRACTICES, AND REVIEW THE VISION AND MISSION STATEMENTS IN ALIGNMENT WITH THE EQUITY DEFINITION ADOPTED BY THE DISTRICT.
