6.1. Board Governance Workshop and Board Evaluation

Rationale:
It is considered a best practice for Trustees to evaluate their effectiveness as a Board. The San Mateo-Foster City School District Board of Trustees will discuss the results of a self evaluation tool and determine areas of focus for the Governance Team for the 2019-2020 school year.

Recommended Motion:
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES DISCUSS THE RESULTS OF A SELF EVALUATION TOOL AND ESTABLISH AREAS OF FOCUS FOR THE 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR.
