Rationale:
The Board of Trustees will continue work started during Study Sessions on August 22 and October 3, 2019. They will engage in this Study Session to deepen their knowledge of quality instruction particularly as it relates to English Learners.

Recommended Motion:
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT QUALITY INSTRUCTION FOR ENGLISH LEARNERS.
