6.1. Board Governance Workshop - Effective Governance with an Equity Lens
Rationale:
Nicole Anderson from Nicole Anderson and Associates will lead the Governance Team in a discussion of board priorities, revision of the equity statement and examination of equity policies to support equity action planning.
 
Recommended Motion:
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ENGAGE IN A GOVERNANCE STUDY SESSION TO REVIEW BOARD PRIORITIES, REVISE THE EQUITY STATEMENT AND  EXAMINE EQUITY POLICIES TO SUPPORT EQUITY ACTION PLANNING.
