Rationale:

The Board will discuss and act on the process and procedure for conducting a superintendent search as described below.

1.         Discuss Superintendent Search Process

2.         Discuss/Act on the Formation of an Ad Hoc Superintendent Recruitment Board Subcommittee

3.         Discuss/Act on Whether to Retain a Search Firm to Assist in the Superintendent Recruitment Process
 
Recommended Motion:

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD DISCUSS AND ACT ON THE FORMATION OF AN AD HOC SUPERINTENDENT RECRUITMENT BOARD SUBCOMMITTEE AND DISCUSS AND ACT ON WHETHER TO RETAIN A SEARCH FIRM TO ASSIST IN THE SUPERINTENDENT RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
