6.1. Superintendent Search Firm Interviews and Selection (v)
Rationale:

At the February 16 Special Board meeting, the Trustees reviewed the proposals received from three firms to assist with the recruiting of a Superintendent for the District.  The three proposals received were from Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates; Leadership Associates; McPherson & Jacobson. 

The Board agreed on the following process:

  • Allow 30 minutes to finalize the interview questions (from 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm)
  • Hold interviews at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30
  • Make a final selection for a search firm
 
Recommended Motion:
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FINALIZE THE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS, HOLD THREE INTERVIEWS AND SELECT A FIRM TO CONDUCT THE SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH.
