The Governance team will discuss board coherence, board priorities, and examine equity policy to support equity action planning.
 
Recommended Motion:

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES DISCUSS BOARD COHERENCE, BOARD PRIORITIES AND EXAMINE EQUITY POLICY TO SUPPORT EQUITY ACTION PLANNING.
