Board Members interviewed consultants from the following three Executive Search Firms:
Education Support Services Group
Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates
Leadership Associates
Following the interviews, President Buchi declared a recess at 6:08 p.m. |

President Buchi reconvened the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
President Buchi opened the discussion by asking each of the Board Members to list the three firms in order of preference.
Following discussion, it was decided to seek the services of Leadership Associates to conduct a Superintendent search for the District. Board Members expressed appreciation to the consultants for the job they did in representing their firms and that it was a very a difficult decision to make.

| President Buchi declared the meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m. in accordance with Government Code Section 54956.9 (a,b,c). |
