Board Members and the Superintendent participated in a workshop facilitated by California School Boards Association consultant Teri Vigil. The workshop, titled, "Good Beginnings," included discussion on the following topics:
Review of Board & Superintendent Roles & Responsibilities
Review Governance team norms
Review District protocols
