The Board will convene at 8:30 a.m., approve the agenda and
immediately go into Closed Session. They are expected to
resume Open Session at approximately 3:00 p.m.
NOTICE: Trustee Tamara Sobomehin will attend the Meeting via
Conference call from 2351 Glen Way, East Palo Alto, CA 94303
