The District detected malware on its computer systems, and took immediate action to safeguard systems and information.  A resolution by the Board of Trustees is necessary to declare emergency procurement services.

Staff is recommending the Board of Trustees adopt Resolution 2018/2019 - #18 A Resolution of the Board of Trustees to determine that an emergency exists and that it would be futile to solicit bids or proposals to procure services to remove malware and to repair, restore, and protect district systems from future cyber infections.
