Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 1312.3 - Uniform Complaint Procedures The District has been working with CSBA on approving the Uniform Complaint Policy that would more closely comply with what the State needs due to the Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) that the District participated in 2 years ago. CSBA updated their Uniform Complaint Policy in December. This is a more current policy than the one we submitted and approved in October. This policy needs to be fast-tracked due to the deadlines for the FPM. This policy was brought for a first reading at the March 18th meeting. |
