The Oversight Committee will prepare the Annual Report to the Public according to committee by laws which state:

The Committee shall inform the public (which, at the discretion of the Committee, can be accomplished by presenting to the Board, in public session) an annual written report which shall include the following:

a. A statement indicating whether the District is in compliance with the requirements of Article XIIIA, Section 1 (b)(3) of the California Constitution; and

b. A summary of the Committee’s proceedings and activities for the preceding year.

Items from the Public on Agendized Items must be submitted to the Board President on BUFF Forms available in the lobby prior to the Call to Order. The law does not permit board action on any item not on the agenda. In order to complete the business of the meeting in a timely manner, it is requested that one spokesperson be chosen to speak on behalf of a group. The normal time limit is 2 minutes per spokesperson. The Board may use discretion in differentiating from this time limit.

Staff will conduct tour of construction site for futur Agnews Elementary, Middle and High Schools.
