The County Office of Education has requested revisions to our LCAP. The bulk of these revisions include rewriting the unduplicated student services section of the LCAP titled, Demonstration of Increased or Improved Services for Unduplicated Pupils (DIISUP). Although the goals and actions within the LCAP have not been changed, the format and depth of information within the DIISUP has been elaborated. Three other noted changes from the Board-approved June LCAP include the following budget revisions: Special Education TOSA was reduced from 2 to 1, Wellness Center was increased from $10,000 to $25,000, and a reformatting to reflect the allocation of $250,000 for the “Late Bus and Co-curricular Activities Transportation” action. |
LCAP services and actions were created through a year long process with input from numerous parent and student groups, survey data, and Board discussion. The LCAP focuses on eight areas identified as state priorities. The plan demonstrates how the District’s budget will help achieve the goals, and assess each year how well the strategies in the plan were able to improve outcomes. |

$5,700,000 of LCFF dollars, which are required by CDE to be spent on the LCAP |
