F.3. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING DISTRICT RESPONSE TO GRAND JURY REPORT
Quick Summary / Abstract:
The Board will discuss and determine the procedure for preparing the District’s response to the Report. The Board will then discuss and potentially respond to the findings in the Report in order by Chapter: *Chapter 1 - School District Leadership Findings (9:15 AM -10:15 AM) *Chapter 2 - Reserve Management (10:20 AM -11:20 AM) *Chapter 3 - The Aquatics Complex (11:25 AM -12:25 PM). The public will have an opportunity to comment prior to the Board's discussion of each chapter. *Recommendations: Finally the Board will discuss and potentially respond to the report recommendations (1:00 PM). The Board will not discuss the recommendations by chapter because they are not separated in the Report and some recommendations may apply to multiple chapters. These timelines are estimates only and not intended to limit public input nor Board discussion.

F.4. DETERMINE THE NEED FOR SCHEDULING A SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
Quick Summary / Abstract:
The Board may determine if there is a need for a special board meeting to continue their work in preparing the response to the Grand Jury Report. At their December 15, 2020 board meeting the Board selected January 19, 2021 as a placeholder for a special board meeting if needed.

If you wish to speak on an item not on the Agenda, you may speak during the Public Comments section of the Agenda. The Board is governed by the Brown Act and may briefly respond to public comments but take no action except on items scheduled on the agenda. A maximum of 3 minutes per speaker may be allowed, and there is a 20-minute maximum limit for public input on any one subject/item. Speakers are requested to state their name and to address comments to the Board of Trustees. Items requiring lengthy discussion may, at the Board’s discretion, be scheduled as a specific agenda item at future meetings. Please notify the Superintendent’s Office if you plan to attend this meeting and need an interpreter or, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this meeting. In order to assist staff in assuring that reasonable accommodations can be made, notifications should be made by noon on the Friday preceding the meeting, or at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting, by calling (805) 769-1000, x.30104. Any materials required by law to be made available to the public prior to a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District can be inspected at the following address during normal business hours: Paso Robles Public Schools, 800 Niblick Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446.
