The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order at 9:30p.m., or immediately after adjourning the preceding regular meeting. 

Persons wishing to address the Board should fill out a green speaker card. Cards turned in by 9:15pm will be given priority. Public testimony is strictly limited to 5 minutes with a 1-minute limit per speaker per topic.
