1. Call to Order/Roll Call
   Meeting called to order at 10:06am

2. Approve of Meeting Agenda

   Director Leyva-Cutler makes motion to approve agenda; Director Alper seconds motion. Agenda is approved.

3. Public Comment
   No Comment 
4. Approval of meeting Minutes for February 7, 2019

   Director Leyva-Cutler makes motion to approve minutes from February 7th meeting; Director Alper seconds motion. Minutes are approved. 

5. BP re Education for Homeless Children - Action

   Manager of Student Services James Wogan presented updates on the BP and AR regarding Education for Homeless Children. He further addressed deadlines the District needs to meet for the FPM. Participants discussed these updates.

   Director Alper makes motion to send item to the board on March 13th, Director Leyva-Cutler seconds motion. Motion passed.

6. Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) Requirements

   Committee agreed to have the policy regarding education for homeless students and English Learners go to the next board meeting for approval.  

7. Update Calendar

Calendar was updated.
