Vice President Ty Alper will be participating via teleconference from UC Berkeley School of Law, 225 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA 94720, room: 346 North Addition. This agenda will be posted at the foregoing locations. Public participation will be permitted at teleconferencing locations.

Persons wishing to address the Board should fill out a green speaker card. Cards turned in by 9:45 a.m. will be given priority. Public Testimony is strictly limited to 5 minutes with a 1-minute limit per speaker per topic.
