| The Board of Trustees will consider approving Amendments to Joint Use Agreements at Almond, Covington, Gardner Bullis, Loyola, Oak, Santa Rita, Springer Elementary Schools, including making necessary findings under Education Code section 17529.

| The District has Joint Use Agreements with various childcare providers at each of the District's elementary schools. The Joint Use Agreements for: (1) YMCA (Almond); (2) KCE Champions (Covington); (3) Children's House (Gardner Bullis); (4) Children's House (Loyola); (5) YMCA (Oak); (6) KCE Champions (Santa Rita) and (7) Abracadabra (Springer) are up for renewal. Prior to approving the Amendments to the Joint Use Agreements, the Board of Trustees will consider approving the following findings: The proposed Amendments to Joint Use Agreements will not: (a)interfere with the educational program or activities of any District school or class conducted on the property; (b)unduly disrupt the residents of the surrounding neighborhood; and (c)jeopardize the safety of the children at the property. |
