E.1. Re-Opening for 2020-21 School Year Quick Summary / Abstract: Mrs. McGonagle and Mr. Baier will present the Teaching and Learning portion of the DRAFT 2020-21 Reopening Plan. This plan is subject to change as state and local guidelines and health orders are changing on a regular basis. LASD is taking a proactive approach to plan for all future scenarios with the expectation and assumption that all districts in the state will receive little additional revenue to operate this way. Following anticipated approval of the Teaching and Learning portion of the DRAFT 2020-21 Reopening Plan on July 6, 2020, staff will build out detailed descriptions for the Health and Safety, and Facilities and Operations portions.
