The August 26, 2020 Special Board Meeting will be conducted via teleconference. Interested parties and members of the public may connect to and participate in the meeting using the following instructions:
HOW TO CONNECT TO THE BOARD MEETING and PUBLIC COMMENT
For special board meetings, individuals may only comment on agenda items. To submit comments on agenda items, use the GOOGLE FORM.
If a comment is received after Public Comment for the agenda item has been closed, it will be considered written communication and will be forwarded to the Governing Board.
Comments may not exceed three (3) minutes. If a comment takes longer than three (3) minutes to read aloud, the remainder will be considered written communication and forwarded to the Governing Board. |

| District administrators will provide an update on the reopening plan to the Governing Board for discussion. |
At the August 13th board meeting, school opened via distance learning and a detailed update on the reopening plan for the 2020-2021 school year was presented to the Governing Board. Schools in counties on the state COVID watchlist cannot resume in-person instruction until they have been off the watchlist for 14 consecutive days. Santa Clara County is currently on the watchlist. Administrative staff will provide a status report to the Governing Board. |
