At the November 19, 2019, board Meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the purchase and financing of student and staff devices. At the December 10, 2019, board meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the purchase and financing of network switches and a phone system.

The purpose of this item is to formally approve the Master Lease Agreement and direct staff to work with legal counsel to finalize and execute the documents as necessary to complete the transaction.  With this item we are attaching the proposed lease financing terms from Santander bank for all four (4) of these leases.

Adopt Resolution 2019/2020 - #18  Approving Master Lease Purchase Agreement and Related Purchases between Santander Bank For The Purchase of Various Equipment and Authorizing Related Actions Required In Connection Therewith.

Consider approving Resolution 2019/2020 - #18 Approving Master Lease Purchase Agreement. 

Staff Devices: 

Annual payments of $89,715.19 for five (5) years, beginning in the 2019/2020 fiscal year.

Student Devices: 

Annual payments of $305,455.93 for three (3) years, beginning in the 2019/2020 fiscal year.

Network Switches: 

Annual payments of $141,523.16 for five (5) years, beginning in the 2019/2020 fiscal year.

Phone System: 

Annual payments of $146,614.84 for three (3) years, beginning in the 2019/2020 fiscal year.

At the December 10, 2019, board meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the purchase and financing of network switches and a phone system.   Attached is a statement of work for these services to further define and provide an agreement for these services.

The Datapath Statements of Work provide for the purchase of the items to be financed under the Santander agreement (under the terms described above, and as described in each Statement of Work).
